TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2025
By James Mukheyia Ogola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Obel Oloo, who died in 2017.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Kathrina Nyongesa Nyandhala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyandala Rakara Okech, who died on 19th August, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Michael Owino Omoro, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George William Opondo, who died on 23rd March, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2026
By (1) Philip Juma Omoro and (2) Michael Owino Omoro, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Omoro Opondo alias Omoro Opondo, who died on 30th March, 1991.

By Nicholas Odhiambo Olalo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Dede Olalo, who died on 10th January, 1999.

By Rosebella Adhiambo Onyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Onyango alias Onyango Ochanda, who died on 25th May, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
