CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025
By Nancy Wanjiru Murigi, of P.O. Box 115-01020, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kairu Wamuhu, who died at Makuyu, on 15th November, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025
By (1) Joyce Wanjiru Mburu and (2) Philip Mburu Muhia, both of P.O. Box 109, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Muhia Mburu, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 27th August, 2010.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
