TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Phylis Muthoni Gicovi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Joseph Karanja, late of Mukurwe, who died at Mukurwe Sub- location, on 8th November, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026 (FORMERLY KIAMBU CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026)
By (1) Margaret Mumbi Njenga, (2) Moses Kuria Njenga and (3) Irene Wairimu Njenga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Njenga Kuria alias Julius Njenga M. Kuria, late of Ruiru, who died there on 12th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
