TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2026
By David Wariotio Nyahoro, of P.O. Box 126, Njoror in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Annah Wanjiku Kingaru alias Wanjiru Kingaru, who died at Sinnedet, on 13th September, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2026
By (1) Salome Njeri Mwangi and (2) Patrick Karanja Gachanja, both of P.O. Box 122, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s parents, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of James Njomo Karanja, who died at Olbumbu Sub- location, on 31st January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
