CAUSE NO. E407 OF 2025
By Franklin Musumba Barasa, of P.O. Box 848, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Mapesa Muka alias Gabriel Muka, who died at Nangoma Sub- location, on 28th December, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E504 OF 2025
By Christina Nafwa Oundo, of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Lugendo Obwaga, who died on 15th February, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2026
By Peter Mataa Menya, of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kasiba Menya, who died at Bugeng’i Sub- location, on 12th April, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
