TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E793 OF 2021
By (1) Godfrey Masakhwe Atemba and (2) Sammy Atemba, of P.O. Box 1753 Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Atemba Makokha alias David Atamba Makokha, who died at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Mukumu in Kenya, on 24th January, 2006.

By Harrison Makatiani Matsuba, of P.O. Box 241, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Linah Ong’ayo Wesa, who died at Shamberere Sub- location, on 24th July, 2025.

By Philip Amboka Okwea, of P.O. Box 221, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Okwea Ambokoa alias Okwera Ambokoa, who died at Eshirali, on 23rd July, 1980.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
