PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2025
By (1) Susan Wanjiru Muchiri and (2) Margaret Njeri Kimani, both of P.O. Box 764- 00621, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gichinga Kangau, who died on 9th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E319 OF 2025
By (1) Antony Mungai Muturi and (2) Judy Njeri Muturi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Waithira Muturi, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 7th October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
