By Nancy Mugeci Githinji, of P.O. Box 7- 10200, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Irungu Samuel alias Irungu Samuel, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 18th October, 2010.

By Leonas Macharia Gicheru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leon Gicheru, who died at Mugeka Location in 1969.
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By James Njogu Njuguna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felister Wanjiru Njuguna, who died at Maragua Hospital in Kenya, on 11th June, 2022.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
