IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT NYERI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E502 OF 2025
By (1) Robert Njoroge Kariuki, (2) Elena Wanjiru Matuto and (3) Peter Ngunjiri Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 540, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kariuki Wakanyi alias Kariuki Wakanyi, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
