TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2024
By Veronicah Muthoni Kariuki, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Maina Gathanjia alias Raphael Maina Kathinjia alias Raphael Maina Gathanjia alias Raphael Maina Gathanjia, who died at Nyahururu County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2026
By (1) Susan Wangui Ndurumo, (2) Benson Mwai Ndurumo and (3) Loise Wakini Ndurumo, all of P.O. Box 1943- 20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robinson Ndurumo Mwai, who died at Muthengera, on 9th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
