TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025
By Jane Watere Muturi, of P.O. Box 25, Inasit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Chepsergon Cherop, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 10th October, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2025
By Isaac Majimbo Wanyonyi, of P.O. Box 200- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuse Omina, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th January, 1976.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
