By Evans Kipkorir Rono, of P.O. Box 830, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kiprono Ngeno, who died at Anapkoi, on 7th September, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025
By (1) Kiprotich Busienei Koske and (2) Christine Chepkemoi Rono, both of P.O. Box 599, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Chepkoech Kipkechruiyot alias Anna Chepkoech Kipkechiruyot, who died at Siloam Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2019.

Box 352, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estates of (1) Kimisik arap Busienei alias Kimisik Busienei, (2) Kipletich Misoi and (3) Kipseron Busienei alias William Kipseron Busienei, who died on (1) 17th December, 2010, (2) 17th March, 2003 and 23rd December, 1969, respectively.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
