TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2024
By Moses Paul Gichoya Kieri, of P.O. Box 18871- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Waithira Gichoya, who died on 4th April, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2025
By (1) Christopher Allan Nguyai and (2) Ibrahim Kabuco Mbogoro, both of P.O. Box 225, Uplands in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Gakenia Muchomi, who died at Lari Settlement, on 25th July, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
