TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E375 OF 2025
By Boniface Njoroge Gitau, of P.O. Box 25- 01034, Kamdara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Gitau Kamau alias Gitau Kamau, who died at Gaichanjiru Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) Florence Wairimu Irene and (2) Rose Njeri Mwai, both of P.O. Box 2081- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Wangeci Thiga, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 27th February, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
