By (1) John Karanja Mbuthia and (2) Edith Njeri Kamau, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuthia Thuo alias Mbuthia Thuu alias Mbuthia Wathugi, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2008.
