PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Peter Kibe Mwangi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Mwangi Kambo, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 22nd June, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Kiprotich Songok and (2) Esther Chebokeiyo Chirchir, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir Kipchirchir Sirwonik, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th February, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
