IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MAKINDU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2024
By (1) Benjamin Mutuku Masila and (2) Simon Masila, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Waviti Masila, who died on 13th October, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By (1) John Nduva Muindi and (2) John Kyalo Muinde, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndivo Kamito, who died on 25th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
