By Philista Ayuma Ondiek, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Swatsi Ambwa alias Pius Swatsi Ambwa Makondo, who died on 24th July, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2026
By Tom Naleku Sabatia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabatia Chogo alias Mishack Shautta Chogo alias Meshack Sabatia, who died at Kawangware, on 26th October, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2026
By John Kotia Mandu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mandu Esitika, who died at Ebusakami Sub- location, on 1st October, 1973.
