PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025
By Aloys Wambura Omontongori, of P.O. Box 1- 40413, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Motongori Mohere alias Motongori Mohera, who died at Komomange, on 18th July, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025
By Nyamasaro Mwita Moherai, of P.O. Box 1- 40413, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohere Masaro alias Mohera Masaro, who died at Komomange, on 20th September, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
