TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025
By Beatrice K. Kamene V. Dena, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Risley Lavers Kavu, who died at Tumbe Village, Kwale, on 16th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025
By Benjamin Mulinge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulinge Mutiso, who died at Lukore Village, Kwale, on 17th January, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
