By Jane Wanjiru Gachoki, of P.O. Box 564, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gachoki Kamanda, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 23rd February, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Edward Nyamu Nderi, of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nderi Wandenge alias Nderi Ndende, who died at Kwambiti Sub- location, on 7th March, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By Phyllis Wamuyu Bundi, of P.O. Box 163, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Karuri Gitura alias Anitonio Karuri Gitura, who died at Kerugoya County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
