TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025
By Isabella Wanjiru Ngari, of P.O. Box 72, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ngari Boniface Mwangario alias Peter Ngari Boniface, who died at Gitiburi Sub- location, on 11th April, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Nicholas Nguyu Nyaga and (2) Francis Ileri Nguyu, both of P.O. Box 76- 60113, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguyu Ngari, who died at Kombo Munyiri Sub- location, on 14th August, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
