TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2022
By Philip Indada Otsum, of P.O. Box 191, Kipkaren in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gureta Aliviza Endada alias Gureta Awiza Endada, who died at Lumakanda Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2014.

By Rabeechak Khakasa Simiyu, of P.O. Box 41, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simiyu Wamukolo Wanga alias Simiyu Wamukoko Wanga, who died at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2018.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
