By Nancy Anyango Magak, of P.O. Box 1921- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Otieno Magak, who died at Nyalunya, on 21st December, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By John Odhiambo Abongo, of P.O. Box 1921- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Ochieng Abongo, who died at Wathorego, on 15th February, 1993.

By (1) Gladys Anyango Were and (2) Dorcas Adhiambo Odoyo, both of P.O. Box 1921- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Odoyo Ogone, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th December, 2021.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
