By Jane Atieno Guya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhetha Guya Hongo alias Japheth Guya Hongo, who died at Kisumu County Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E422 OF 2025
By Decima Habwe Owang, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Owang Odum alias Owang Odum, who died on 26th March, 2021.

By Joshua Wambogo Andiego, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andiego Mbago, who died at Korando “A”, on 15th April, 1994.

By Collince Okoth Olewe, of P.O. Box 17- 40131, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anditi Amolo alias Anditi w/o Amolo, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 4th May, 1987.

By Collince Okoth Olewe, of P.O. Box 17- 40131, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Olewe Nyagambi alias William Olewe, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 28th October, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
