IN THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT TINDERET
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Barnaba Kipkemboi, of P.O. Box 148- 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salina Jerop Koech, who died at Kongoro, on 16th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Jepkasi Sugut and (2) Selestine Achieng, both of P.O. Box 894- 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsongony arap Omolo, who died at Chemase, on 8th August, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
