TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025
By Henry Chiguba Meri, of P.O. Box 82508, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kombo Ndegwa, who died at Mazeras, Kwale, on 12th November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025
By Jonathan Jenjele, of P.O. Box 51- 80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Sadi, who died at Mazeras, Kwale, on 23rd January, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
