PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025
By (1) Leonard Mungami Khayota, (2) Maurice Otube Khayota and (3) Mark Odhiambo Khayota, all of P.O. Box 20380–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of the will to the estate of Dinah Khayota Nasike, who died at Mukuyuni Sub-location, on 20th October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
