TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025
By (1) Rachel Njeri Gachiri, (2) Nixon Njoroge Gachiri and (3) Erick Maina Gachiri, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gachiri Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Rosemary Wambui Munyiri, (2) Gladys Wanjiru Munyiri and (3) Jane Waithera Munyiri, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seth Njane Munyiri, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2025.

By Eunice Ndinda Mutisya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutisya Somba, who died at Oloolopon Sub-location, on 5th March, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
