TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Violet Nekesa Wafula, of P.O. Box 8101- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Violet Nekesa Wafula, who died at Racecourse, Kesses, on 24th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Joackim Kemboi Kiptoo, of P.O. Box 1036- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Cherono Chebiego, late of Kapkei, who died on 4th August, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
