TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E693 OF 2025
By Jim Elly Ochieng, of P.O. Box 234-40305, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, through Messrs. Lilian Nchogu & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Achieng Nyasaka, late of Rusinga, Suba who died at Yala River, on 13th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
