TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E467 OF 2025
By John Radido Odundo, of P.O. Box 76, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbalika Mbaye alias Malika Mbaye, who died at Bujumba, on 18th May, 1972.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By (1) Phelesta Akumu Anyama and (2) Fulumena Nabwire Chalala, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mitodi Odwaro, who died at Bukani Sub-location, on 10th May, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2026
By Simon Kweyu Omoto, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Omoto Oriaro alias Omoto Oriaro, who died at Tingolo Sub-location, on 9th June, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
