TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E491 OF 1995
By Christopher Kimani Murimira, of P.O. Box 283, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murimira Kageni alias Murimura Kageni, who died at Kiamwangi, on 7th February, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024
By (1) Peter Kihara Mathu and (2) Moses Kihara, both of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Njoki Mathu, who died at Ting’ang’a, on 18th September, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2025
By (1) Peninnah Nyambura Ndungu and (2) Raban Karana Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 120-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndungu Karana alias Ndungu Karana, who died at Kiambaa Location, on 17th January, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E320 OF 2025
By Lucy Wambui Njuguna, of P.O. Box 32-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dancan Kariuki Kinyanjui alias Dancan K. Kinyanjui, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
