TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2024
By Margaret Wangari Kahunyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Wahome Thairu, who died on 2nd December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2025
By (1) Wangari Ndungu Wainaina and (2) David Mungai Ndungu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndungu Wainaina, who died on 12th August, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2026
By John Waitimu Munga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Munga Waitimu, who died on 6th February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2026
By Lucy Wairimu Kimachia, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Violet Njeri Kimani, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2026
By Josephine Wambui Njogu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Njogu, who died on 27th October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
