TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E467 OF 2025
By (1) Ali Abdi, (2) Adija Larisa and (3) Fatuma Wamuyu Abdi Ali, all of P.O. Box 67415-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Abdi Alli, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E475 OF 2025
By Johana Kimondo Wanyeri, of P.O. Box 2098, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyiri Kimotho alias Wanyiri s/o Kimotho, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 7th August, 1972.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
