By (1) Ikiara Eliphas Mutura and (2) Stephen Gitonga Kiara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mikaila M’Ngelene alias Kiara Ngerene alias Ngerene Magana, who died at Nairobi, on 1st July, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Francis Kirimi W. Mba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ithinji M’Inoti, who died at Igokine Sublocation, on 23rd June, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By (1) Winifred Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Risper Wanjuru Mwangi, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Mutai, who died at Nyando, Kwale, on 28th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By (1) Moses Kirimi M’Mwobobia and (2) Susan Ntakira Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwobobia Kiriika, who died at Kianyaga, on 10th August, 1971.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
