TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025
By (1) Elizabeth Ngii Kaseva and (2) David Kiio Kaseva, both of P.O. Box 492-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Kimuya Kaseva, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Mukulu Mutune, of P.O. Box 4410-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Mutune Wambua, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2025.

By Gideon Ndambuki Maingi, of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutivi Maingi, who died at Kawethei, on 19th September, 2011.

By Cypriana Ndunge Ndunda, of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndunda Makosi, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
