TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2026
By David Owino Ambayo, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjelina Achol Ambayo alias Anjelline Acholab Amwayo, who died at Nyajouk Sub-location, on 23rd June, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2026
By Chrisphin Ondeng Obayi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opondo Harund Odera, who died at Mahola, Ulaw, on 29th December, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2026
By (1) James Ogola Achola, (2) Michael Odera Omwenga, (3) Jacob Oluya and (4) Samuel Ooko Som, all of P.O. Box 148-40139, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and nephews, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicanor Achola Ogola, who died on 26th December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
