TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2026
By Esther Jerotich Chemweno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kipkoech Chemobo, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2026
By Mary Njoki Mihingo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Mihingo J. Ngotho, who died at Bloom Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2026
By Biwott Lucky Limo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackline Jerotich Limo, who died at Moiben, on 10th January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
