TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Richard Kipkoech Chebole, of P.O. Box 32, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabutany w/o Rop, who died on 21st January, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2026
By Everlyne Kiombe, of P.O. Box 1766-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Chebule, who died on 14th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
