TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2025
By Peter Cherere Muthui, of P.O. Box 75, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jedidah Wanjiru John Muthui, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2026
By Stephen Gichure Muya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Muya Gichure, who died at Kenyanjeru Sub-location, on 13th November, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
