TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Kariuki Noroge, (2) Theresia Wanjiru Noroge and (3) Rosemary Wanjiku Maina, all of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanja Noroge, who died at Maragua Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) David Ndirangu Kamau and (2) Susan Wanjiku Kamau, both of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Ndirangu, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By (1) Gabriel Wanjogu Kanyingi, (2) David Njau Kanyingi and (3) Kanyindi Mbugua Ndonga, all of P.O. Box 127, Gatukuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kanyingi alias Patrick Kanyingi Kamatu alias Kanyingi Kamau, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
