PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) Sammy Kingoo Mutiso, (2) Cosmas Kiilu Mustiso and (3) Peter Kithuka Mutiso, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grishon Mutiso alias Grishon Mutiso Muiya, who died at Machakos, on 25th July, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Agnes Mutindi Mutulu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patterson Muiyu Muya, who died at Westlands Specialist Hospital in Kenya, on 17th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
