TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Joshua Onyango Songa, of P.O. Box 45, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Songa Ochumba, who died at Memba, on 7th October, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By Benson Peter Achieng Nyawanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Nyawanda Oguda, who died at Rachar Sub-location, on 22nd May, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
