TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2025
By Maritim Joseah Kipyegon, of P.O. Box 10, Bomet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moritim arap Sang, who died at Kiriba, on 26th February, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Joseph Kimutai Kirui, of P.O. Box 13, Liten in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest arap Chpekulul, who died on 6th February, 1979.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Beatrice Cherono Ngerechi and (2) Nelson Kipengono Keter, both of P.O. Box 778, Liten in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mongeso Ngerechi Sankuny alias Sankuny Mongeso Ngerechi, who died at Liten Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
