TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2025
By (1) Benson Okila Amutabi and (2) Absalom Okaya Amutabi, both of P.O. Box 121, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Ouma Namonywa alias Julia Amutabi, who died on 16th May, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E449 OF 2025
By Magaret Kageha Mudodo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Kikuyu Mudodo alias Erickson Kikuyu Mudogo alias Dickson Kikuyu Mudogo, who died at Mukingi Sub-location, on 15th May, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2026
By (1) Barnabas Sewe Sande, (2) Daniel Omutelema Musuta and (3) Andoli Anyanzwa Faith, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Will Rajab Omukunda alias Willie Omukunda, who died at Ebukanga Sub-location, on 14th May, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
