TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By (1) George Otieno Rabolo and (2) Vincent Ojwang Rabolo, both of P.O. Box 232, Fuyula in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rabolo Oluma, who died on 4th September, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Vincent Omondi Opondo and (2) Richard Otieno Opondo, both of P.O. Box 51, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Opondo Oliech alias John Opondo, who died on 20th April, 2010.
CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2026
By (1) Vincent Omondi Opondo and (2) Richard Otieno Opondo, both of P.O. Box 51, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndira Joseph Oliech alias Joseph Ndira, who died on 18th June, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
