TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By David Kiprotich Sambu, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsambu arap Kapting’ei, who died at Kimaren, on 26th October, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Godfrey Kipketer Selem, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Ruto, who died at Lelmokwo, on 11th July, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Rael Cheptoo, of P.O. Box 182-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Boit Busienei, who died at Kaptien, on 10th October, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Josphine Jepketer, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amisi arap Masayi alias Amisi Masayi, who died at Chebirir, on 15th April, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
