CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2020
By (1) Margret Nekesa Mwamkita, (2) Hellen Liyala Wakasiba, (3) Elizabeth Nabwile Wawsa and (4) Moses Wafula Wawsa, all of P.O. Box 1699-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Wawsa Namwsoo, who died at Tuuti, on 14th August, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) Caroline Hellen Wanjiru Thuku and (2) Ian Thuku Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 1433, Ruaraka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wangui Thuku, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2025.

By Elizabeth Wanjiru Kamau Karume, of P.O. Box 60002, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karume Njenga, who died at Salgaa, Rongai, on 3rd September, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Grace Nduku Mbugua, of P.O. Box 80290-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Cuthu wa Mbugua alias Gitau Cuthu Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
