By (1) Priscilla Kabugo Kingori, (2) Euphemia Wambui Kingori and (3) Allan Kariuki Kingo’ri, all of P.O. Box 62087-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, through Kiaritha Mwenda & Associates, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel J. King’ori Kariuki alias Samuel K. Kariuki alias Samuel J. King’ori Kariuki alias Samuel James Kariuki, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 1st February, 2024.

Box 28378-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and daughter, respectively, through Rachier & Amollo, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wangui Njenga, late of Madaraka, Nairobi, who died at Mandrin Hospice House, Maryland, USA, on 15th November, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
